Next, you'll embark on the exciting journey of choosing the materials that will transform your space. From flooring materials and tiles to countertop material, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and custom cabinet design, you'll have the freedom to customize your remodel to your taste. And you won't be alone - Brian's 20+ years of industry experience will be at your disposal, providing recommendations and guidance every step of the way.

Once you've made your selections, we'll put together a comprehensive quote for your project. This quote will detail each aspect of your remodel, providing clarity on what is included as well as what you, the owner, will provide, if necessary. We'll also discuss the draw/deposit schedule, timeframe, and start date for your project.

With the quote approved and the start date agreed upon, BMCR takes care of all the ordering and delivery of materials. We also facilitate cabinetry installation, countertop templating, and shower glass where necessary. All you need to do is sit back and watch as we transform your space.
