The Ingraham Primary

In a great neighbourhood in Dublin, Oh live the Ingrahams, who had been dealing with a cramped and dated primary bath that wasn’t even really being used by the couple! They came to us with a great plan, not just for their bathroom, but a revamping of the adjoining primary bedroom as well. So after a few tweaks to the design and several rounds of discussion about scope, finishes, etc, it was time to get down to business.
We got started by removing everything from the space, as well as a wall that divided the commode/shower area from the rest of the bath. We also removed soffits above the sink area. Next came re-routing all the necessary plumbing components for the new shower, vanity area, and free standing tub. We built custom niches in the shower area as well as the wall behind the tub, which included LED lighting. The shower got a new half wall with incorporated seat. New lighting, fresh paint, and beautiful tile and glass work brought their vision to reality, as well as a new 84” double vanity.
All new shelving went in to the closet, and in the bedroom we built a custom buildout with recesses for a new tv, sound bar, and an electric fireplace. New lighting, LVP flooring, paint, including an accent wall colour, completed the transformation into an oasis of spa-like serenity.
